Staffing: requirements:
1-10 guests = 1 wait staff included in vessel hire
11-30 guests = add 1 wait staff $250 (4 hours)
31-64 guests = add 2 wait staff $250 p/ staff

Guest Capacity:
Minimum 15 guests

Chef charge:
$260 applies for under 15 guests
